Parents must apply for withdrawal by giving at least two months’ notice; otherwise, caution money will be forfeited.
All scholarship availed during the cadet’s stay at the school must be refunded.
Non-payment of fees
Repeated defaulters in payment of fees may be withdrawn.
Parents must clear school dues and refund all scholarship provided by the Government for issue of a Transfer Certificate; otherwise, action deemed fit will be initiated.
Medical grounds
A medically unfit child who is likely to be unfit for entry into the NDA may be withdrawn.
The cadet may be permitted to continue studies on payment of full fees and other expenses from the date they are found medically unfit.
Cases with Hanson’s disease will be compulsorily withdrawn.
Poor academic grounds
Upon a child’s failure in a class, the parent may choose to have the child repeat the class as a full-fee-paying cadet or withdraw the child.
The child will not be eligible for scholarship.
Withdrawal on disciplinary grounds
If a boy’s conduct, behaviour or influence is detrimental to the interests of other children or the school, he will be withdrawn.
Caution money will be forfeited and all scholarship awarded must be refunded.
