Parents are welcome to visit their son only on the second Sunday, from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs. Please do not enter the campus to meet children on other days. In an emergency, contact the Principal or Administrative Officer.
Parents are not permitted to enter school camps or the hostel for visits.
Out pass is sanctioned only on medical grounds on the recommendation of the Medical Officer. Plan religious and family engagements during the summer, Ugadi and Christmas breaks only.
All dormitories have incoming telephone facilities. Please call your child once a week, on Sundays, at the allotted time. Inform the school authorities of any problem in the school or hostel, and encourage cadets to write letters as well.
Do not hand over or send money to children. Cadets may not keep money in dormitories; personal expenditure is met from their pocket-money account.
Security guards verify the identity of everyone entering and leaving the school. Please cooperate, as this helps ensure the safety of children on campus.
Cars and two-wheelers may be parked only in front of the main gate. They must not be parked, halted or driven around the school area or dormitories. Cadets are not permitted to drive any vehicle on campus.
The campus is litter-free and polythene-free. Please take wrappers and polythene bags out of the campus; do not litter.
Do not smoke, drink or chew paan inside the school campus.
Please pay fees according to the schedule.
Security guards patrolling the campus have been briefed to enforce these regulations. For assistance, contact the Principal or Administrative Officer.
